Scott Hazard Critique

Photo 1:

I chose this photo as one of my favourites from Scott Hazard because I like how he made the picture look like a tunnel disappearing into the sky. I like how the layers get darker towards the middle and look realistic. I like how it is a plain blue background so that it blends best.

Photo 2:

This is another one of the photos I love from Scott Hazard. I have always really liked clouds in the sky. I think they are very interesting. I really like how he put the layers into the clouds. The shape looks like it is disappearing and it blends very well with the picture. I like how he put a wide range of colours in the picture.
Photo 3:

This is the third photo I chose from Scott Hazard. I like how the layers are not all the same colour. I like how he put the shape right above the house to make it look a second dimension. I like how in the picture there is more of the sky than the house. I like how the shape comes out from the chimney off the roof to also make it look like smoke.
Photo 4:

This is the last photo I chose that Scott Hazard took. I like how he put the shape on the building to make it look like a door. I like how the shape is right beside the plants because it looks really cool. This photo looks like something from a fairytale. It looks like something from Alice In Wonderland.

Scott Hazard

Photo #1
This photo is a picture of the cement outside the school. I took this photo because the background is grey, which makes it easier to get a good shape. I made 7 layers to make it look deeper and I used the burn tool to make it more defined.

Photo #2
This photo is a picture of the picnic table outside the hub. I took this photo because the background is neutral with a lot of grey, which makes it easier to get a good shape. I made 7 layers to make it look deeper and I used the burn tool to make it more defined.

Photo #3
This photo is a picture of the counter by the cafeteria. I took this photo because the background is grey, which makes it easier to get a good shape. The shape I chose to make was a square. I made 7 layers to make it look deeper and I used the burn tool to make it more defined.

Photo #4
This photo is a picture of the door outside the photography room. I took this photo because the background is grey, which makes it easier to get a good shape. The shape I chose was a triangle. I made 7 layers to make it look deeper and I used the burn tool to make it more defined.
